Open Competition Results

The final Winter Series event was held on 19th February. Congratulations to Brian Morgan and Les Baker for winning with a fine 48 points. 

Thanks also to the volunteers who have run the events this season. 

We look forward to welcoming everyone for next years Winter Series starting in November.

A large field of players braved freezing conditions to play the first Winter Series event. Congratulations to Kelvin and Ruth Alexander who won with an excellent 46 points. The next event in the series is on Sunday 19th February.

The Kington Open was played in lovely weather and the course was firm and fast. Congratulations to Ross Moore who won with a great 73 Nett 67. 

A number of low handicap visitors handled the course well, and congratulations to Liam Williams who won the best Gross with an excellent 71, with runner up Reece Swain scoring a 75.

The 2022 Festival of Golf was played in great weather from Friday 8th - Sunday 10th July. The course was in great condition and well done to all winners who posted some great scores. We hope all the visitors had an enjoyable time and look forward to seeing you at our future events.

Congratulations to Steve Hussey who played outstanding golf to win the 36 hole Open with a nett score of 132. Thanks to everyone who played, and we look forward to our next series of Festival of Golf Opens starting this Friday.
