Men’s Section

The Men’s Section of the Club organise the majority of the Honours Board Competitions along with Monthly Medals on the first Saturday of each month.

Informal roll-ups are run on Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons if no official competition is being held. These events provide a relaxed opportunity to meet friends and enjoy the convivial atmosphere in the Clubhouse following the golf. 

The Club also organise a number of Open Competitions throughout the year in order to showcase our wonderful course. Details can be found in the Opens section of the website.

The Men’s Section participate in a local Handicap League; a scratch competition with other Shropshire & Herefordshire clubs for the Hargrove Trophy; and several informal matches with other local clubs. Notices are posted on the Clubhouse noticeboard; on the website Diary; and on the BRS app which can be downloaded to your mobile ‘phone.
