Hergest Croft Gardens
Four generations of the Banks family have created and developed Hergest Croft Gardens over the last 115 years. The gardens spread over 28 hectares(70 acres)contain one of the finest collections of trees and shrubs in the British Isles with more than 5000 species of trees and shrubs from all over the world many of which are UK champions. From spring bulbs to spectacular autumn colours there is something to please the eye throughout the year including a wonderful Himalayan valley of rhododendrons in Park Wood. There are stunning views over the Herefordshire countryside towards the Black Mountains. An ideal place to visit for non golfing partners or a relaxing tea after the game.

We have been welcoming visitors for the past 22 years to share with us our very special place and our wonderful collection of miniature, rare and friendly creatures.
During winter months and in very wet weather our animals are displayed undercover which makes it more comfortable for them and for you. Whatever the weather, whatever the season, come rain or shine - WE ARE OPEN - Every Day from 10:30am - 5:30pm. In the Winter Months 10:30am - 4:00pm
